Return , Refund and Exchange Policy

1) Return Policy

· Customers can return products within 4 days from the date of delivery.

· Report defective, incorrect, or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.

· Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

· Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

2) Refund Process

For COD Orders 

· Refunds will be processed to your www.Clohi.in Wallet credit within 2-4 working days after quality check by our inspection team.

· Wallet balance can be tracked via www.clohi.in at profile section

For Prepaid Orders 

· Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2-4 working days after quality check by our inspection team.

Note

· If product delivered wrong product, Wrong Size OR defective will full refund payment as per COD / Prepaid payment refund terms.

· If you are not like product, if you no needed product then Return shipping charges 100Rs. will be deduct from your payment and Remaining payment will be credit to you as par COD and Prepaid Refund process terms.

· Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.

· If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

Refunds for Free Product Deals

· Orders placed during any promotional offers like (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other similar deals that include free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Self-Shipping for Returns

· If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product to the following address:

Shipping Instructions

· Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.

· Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

· Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact Reimbursement

· For prepaid orders, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.

· For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your www.Clohi.in Wallet.
